See the location's priorities, open items, handoff notes, and operating context without hunting across systems.
OpsOSHQ gives each location a fast, focused home on the shared store iPad — daily information, approved tools, issue reporting, and OSHQ.AI without exposing the rest of the platform to people who do not need it.
On the store iPad
One place to start
The device is tied to one organization, business, location, and operating profile. Unconfigured tools stay out of the way.
Built for the shift
OpsOSHQ is designed around what the people in the location need right now, not around the structure of the software platform behind it.
See the location's priorities, open items, handoff notes, and operating context without hunting across systems.
Give the team a clear entry point for questions and store-aware help as governed AI capabilities become available.
Open only the web tools and iPad apps configured for that location and operating profile.
SaaS by design
Each customer organization starts clean. Locations receive only the Store Apps, OSHQ access, and operating profile configured for that business.
A shared iPad is registered to one exact location and FOH/BOH profile. It cannot widen itself into another location or another customer's organization.
OSHQ products are still available — when they are actually needed.
Broader OSHQ product access is secondary to the Store Hub and remains entitlement-aware.
